1. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to info@optocoach.co.uk.
  2. A full refund will only be issued if cancellations are made two weeks prior to confirmed course date. Cancellations made within two weeks of course date and non-attendance will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. If the original course date is no longer suitable, a further date can be allocated subject to availability. This option is only applicable if the request is made in writing and sent to info@optocoach.co.uk two weeks before confirmed course date.
  4. All courses are subject to availability and a course agreement. Further details will be emailed to trainees prior to course attendance.
